Sponsorship is $34 a month and will provide for direct assistance for emotional, environmental, educational and medical needs. One of the most important parts of sponsorship is the relationship you will build with your sponsored child through letters. Letters will be translated and delivered within 1 to 2 weeks of when they were e-mailed. The children absolutely treasure the letters sent by their sponsor family!
If you would like to sponsor a child, please e-mail me at kproach7@gmail.com and I will get in touch with you. You can let me know if you have a preference of boy or girl or age of child. I will then match you with one of the children and send you a photo and biographical information about your child. You will need to follow up with Children's Hopechest to register as the sponsor of your matched child. I will be in contact with the staff in Ethiopia and will update you about the care point and your child every couple of weeks.
There will also be sponsor trips every year that you are welcome and encouraged to join with to visit your sponsored child. Not only can you hand deliver a care package to your child but you can be the arms to hold and love on them. Nothing can compare to taking your child's face in your hands and telling them how much you care.
